Andy is a social entrepreneur, facilitator, speaker and consultant to business and government for a wide range of sustainability and climate related challenges and solutions.

His work ranges from the TYF-sponsored Hay on Earth seminars, run at the internationally acclaimed Hay Literary Festival through to bespoke culture change programmes for private and public sector clients. Working with TYF, he is co-producer of the the popular Do Lectures.
