Helen Franks is the Head of Commercial Leasing for the Grosvenor Estate London. Here she talks about the role of real estate in a multichannel world and the relationship with between online and offline retail.

She shares some of the insights into what’s happening in areas such as Mount Street, Mayfair and what clients are looking for when integrating digital into bricks and mortar stores on the high street like Burberry have done on Regent Street.
