Louise has spent the past 15 years building her ecommerce career across Retail and Financial Services. Now Head of Ecommerce at Dune, Louise joined the company in 2014. Her role oversees the customer experience and trading of Dune’s online portfolio.

Steve Thomson

Head of User Experience

Dune Group

Lead UX and Digital Designer at Dune, Steve has been with the company for 2 years. During his time here, Steve has lead the design and UX of our first responsive website and fully redesigned the checkout experience. Prior to this, he spent 7 years with the Arcadia Group as their Lead Digital Designer.
