You’ll build your own sales funnels to give you the all-important key metrics for you to be focusing on to achieve your commercial objectives. And importantly, we’ll show you how to link marketing and sales to get the most out of content, events, and PR.
We’ll look at the pros and cons of different approaches to new business and how to make the most of your existing resources. Templates, tools, and best practice documents will be provided to help you start making practical changes immediately and the session will be as interactive as possible.
