Felix Velarde is a specialist agency chairman and non-exec who doubles or triples his agencies’ revenue in two years. Following a twenty-two year career as a pioneering agency CEO, Felix has chaired more than a dozen stellar, fast-growth agencies including three-times Agency of the Year winner Impero.
He specialises in frameworks for exceptional growth and is passionate about teaching CEOs and owners how to do it for themselves. Felix is also the UK lead for Vint Cerf’s People-Centered Internet coalition.
Mary Kean-Dawson is an exceptionally experienced agency leader. Non-exec at Bluestripe Media and former co-founder and CEO of The Truth Agency, Mary is one of the most well-known figures in the UK digital media scene. She has worked with an impressive mix of companies, including Redwood Publishing, SPAFAX, Steak, Reform, Collective London and Trade Doubler’s incubator The Zoo Project. Prior to launching Truth, she was UK managing director with Neo@Ogilvy and sat on the main Ogilvy board.
Mary is a non-executive director and executive coach working with advertising, analytics, AdTech and communications business to achieve growth. She is a Board Advisor to the Internet Commission and the founder of the women’s networking group, How She Made It.
Jo Evans is a corporate and M&A partner at leading law firm Lewis Silkin, which is consistently top-ranked for its M&A capability. Jo has 20+ years of experience advising agencies.
