In any case, you should make sure that your people are always as fully trained up on whatever tech they are using so that you can keep leading them in the way that they need to be led.
They Need Basic Skills
Because technology is such an ordinary part of our lives now, it is all too easy to forget that there are some people out there who don’t have such strong skills when it comes to using computers and the like.
It is always a good idea to bear in mind that you will have at least some people like this in any one team, and that you need to try and cater for them as best as you can. One thing that you should always bear in mind, of course, is that you need to have the right technology on board in the first place if it is to be used properly and correctly. That means that you need to make sure you are only using tech that is necessary, and that it has been properly tested for what you intend to use it for too.
