March 25th 2022: Survive & Thrive

We’ve curated an amazing lineup of exceptional and inspiring thinkers to help you and your business survive and thrive at the 14th annual Like Minds Nudge Ideas Festival on March 25th at the Rougemont Hotel, Exeter.

MC’d by the inestimable Chris “Bentos” Bentley we’re featuring keynotes on “How to present” from Ex-BBC presenter Arti Halai, “Happiness” from author Dr. Vicky Barnes, “B2B Influence” and how it can help drive your business with leading influencer expert Gordon Glenister, “Laid Bare: what the business leader learned from the stripper” from stripper and founder of Grant Tree, Paulina Tenner, and many more.

In the afternoon there’s our PitchFest session profiling four South West tech businesses in partnership with Tech South West, along with 1hr workshops on “Getting Investment Ready” with Andrew Gerrard, “Learning How to Network” with John Harvey, Founder, The Samphire Club, “Overcome 5 Frustrations to Succeed in a Post-Pandemic World” with Dean Breyley, and “Powering your Innovation Strategy” with Sawsan Khuri.

It’s a huge opportunity to network in-person in a Covid-safe environment with our speakers, business leaders, and entrepreneurs at Exeter’s Rougemont Hotel on Queen Street. All the food, teas and coffees are included in your ticket.

The Like Minds Nudge Ideas Festival is supported by:

Talisker Whisky Atlantic Rowing Challenge

This year we are giving 10% of our ticket sales to support Guy Rigby and David Murray on their row across the Atlantic in the Entrepreneurship. The purpose of their challenge is to raise awareness of the benefits of entrepreneurship in all its aspects while focusing on the development of social entrepreneurs and raising funds for a charity that finds, funds and supports them.

The Talisker Whisky Atlantic Challenge is an epic challenge, Guy and David will set off to row the 3,000 miles from the Canaries to Antigua in December 2021. They hope to arrive in February 2022. If they are successful, as records currently stand, they will be the oldest pair ever to row any ocean.

We filmed them in training down in Devon earlier in the year. Do join us in supporting them here. We look forward to raising a dram or two with them on their return!
